"U.S. may remove all troops from Afghanistan after 2014"

They might be released in 2015?

It doesn't say during or in 2014 but after 2014.

“The White House remains committed to ensuring Afghanistan does not return to its status as a safe haven for Al Qaeda, Rhodes said”

It’s going to return to that the minute our troops are gone, so what’s the difference whether it’s now or two years from now? Bring our troops home! Now!
