EXCLUSIVE The 24-year-old man who threatened to commit Sandy Hook type crimes in L.A. claimed he was hell-bent on leaving "dead kindergartners" in his wake ... yet he will not be prosecuted.
Kyle Bangayan posted threats on Facebook the same day as the Newtown shooting ... and claimed he was targeting L.A. schools ... this according to a search warrant obtained by TMZ.

I read a few news stories about this, and apparently he did not have guns at his apartment. They found guns at his parent’s home, where they arrested him. It wasn’t clear to me whether the guns were owned by his parents or him. I think the fact that they found nothing threatening in his apartment, in conjunction with whatever conversations they had with him and his parents, were what led to his release. I’m not saying I agree with that decision, but it does appear to be a little different story than at the surface.
The leftist liberals are enabling these events to bring success to their agenda. This is all so sad. This young man should be arrested and committed. How have we come to such a low point?
This was likely a false flag op to help push the anti-gun narrative. He could have been a government plant to make people get all emotional about the nut with all them guns.... Why else release him without even psych evaluations?
Initially, I thought he might be a shill who accepted $ from the left knowing that he wouldn’t be legally penalized. Even if he went to Camp Cupcake and was released after six months (people are long-forgotten after incarceration; only victims of violent crime follow the perps for release info), a large chunk of change would allow him to live comfortably for awhile. Then, pieceofthepuzzle posted additional information which makes it appear that he could be a garden-variety kook. Anyway, publicizing events such as this does seem to enable the gun grabbers’ agenda.

My daughter was incensed that there wasn’t better security at the CT school, so I took her out driving around town pointing out some of those soft targets.
