Sen. John Kerry (D-Mass.), President Barack Obama’s nominee for Secretary of State—Hillary Clinton is expected to resign from the position this spring—has often been critical of U.S. foreign policy, likening some American soldiers in Vietnam to Genghis Kahn and to war criminals, and being “Messianic” and fueling international animosity, among other criticisms. …

Back on Apr. 22, 1971, Kerry testified on behalf of the Veterans Against the Vietnam War before the Senate Foreign Relations Committee. In his testimony, he said, “[S]everal months ago in Detroit, we had an investigation at which over 150 honorably discharged and many very highly decorated veterans testified to war crimes committed in Southeast Asia, not isolated incidents but crimes committed on a day-to-day basis with the full awareness of officers at all levels of command.” …

On Jan. 2007 at the World Economic Forum in Davos, Switzerland, Kerry criticized the foreign policy of President George W. Bush, claiming it isolated America and made the country a “pariah.” …

Let’s just cut to the chase, Kerry should have been treated like the traitor he is.
This alleged human makes me want to puke.

I can view and hear the conversation ...

zer0 to media and Congress ... What is the problem? sKerry is the perfect replacement to help right all the wrongs Americans have done on this planet.

media and Congress ... sitting in awe and nodding in full agreement.

Don't think I missed anything ... and will be missing soon many of our once living because sKerry and zer0 righted another wrong. New sec. of state = same or similar sec. of state.

All part of the scam. Kerry is appointed so the republicans can act like they’re upset. They’ll count the votes and decide who will be hurt the most by an affirmative vote. They’ll be authorized to vote “no”. Then all the sheeple will be happy. The libs got what they want. The republicans feel good because they know there are so many good men in congress and one day they’ll be in charge and change everything and save the country.

Put Kerry under oath. The very first question to him should be what discharge he received when he was discharged. What discharge was on his original DD 214. I would be willing to bet my wages for next month that he originally was discharged with a 3912 general discharge and it was later upgraded to honorable.
The next questions should be about who he met in Paris and what was said and discussed with them. At that time the Senate will never approve of him as Secretary of State.

Kerry was an officer so he wasn't released from the service the same way as enlisted personnel.

The problem here is two-fold. I think McCain went over before Kerry. They should have both been prosecuted ~ still can be.

Totally agree. A traitor who gave aid and comfort to our enemies while Americans were being killed and maimed by his communist buddies in Vietnam.

I have no clue about McCain and no memory of anything he did that was public. BUT I was in Vietnam when Kerry was picking rice out of his butt claiming that it was a battle wound and talking representatives of North Vietnam in Paris. I believe he was still technically active duty which makes this open treason. We need him questioned under oath about his activities in Paris, and his discharge.

Question - what senator will be on the panel and has the guts to ask the questions and insist on answers many of us would like to hear?
The answer is - most probably none.
Question - Did the actions of Kerry with respect to Vietnam constitute treason and if not how much further would he have needed to have gone so that they would be considered treason?
Answers - never to appear from those that can do something about it.
