I’ve never tried it but if it tastes like spotted owl it’s terrible. :-)

Ain't seen many skinny Eskimos so I reckon it ain't too bad.

Probably tastes like chicken...but since you from Loosiana y'all can make any meat taste good.

I've been told that it tastes like a cross between chicken and tuna and it's especially good served with a rich spotted-owl gravy. :=)

I had some canned whale meat a few years back...it
tasted a bit like pot roast.

Salty steak. If you're ever in Reykjavik Iceland, go to the "3 Coats" restaurant - it's on the menu. It's actually quite good!
