I certainly believe the Ady Gil was worth $5MM. That was an awesome ship and being part of the pirates’ fleet was a tragic waste of a fine vessel. That baby could do, what, 80 knots on a smooth sea?
It was a beauty and I’m sure it was worth the $5Mil. I don’t know the specs on it but it sure looked fast:)
