yeah they were *victims* of violent, evil nutbags, but they dont get to use their individual circumstances to violate their Oaths...

The only reason Giffords is alive is that Federal Judge Roll (a conservative) blocked a deadly bullet from hitting her. He was killed doing that. He got half a sentence coverage from the media. “Judge Roll, one of the victims in the Gabby Giffords shooting was buried today, while Gabby Giffords continues to improve..... Gabby gabby gabby...”. I think the little girl got a couple sentences, but it was all Gabby.
