WTH? This article sounds like the court decided to make the repeal of DADT retroactive.

Does this mean that those RIF'd when congress "repealed" its commitment to fund Vietnam in 1973 will get back pay and benefits?

(hint..no)

Damned faggots and dykes now recieving "Reparations", buying their loyalty to the Dem's, via the Taxpayer.

Just as Laws can't be passed Ex Post Facto to penalize preious acts, the DADT Policy should not be retroactively found to be un-fair....it was a Policy KNOWN PUBLICLY, and violation resulted in Dismissal.

There is NO WAY Taxpayers should subsidize sex deviates CHOSEN lifestyle, nor be FORCED to pay for their "exposure and dismissal due to following APPROVED Policy".

Democrats have perfected another way to redistribute wealth from taxpayers to designated victim groups.

Air Force Staff Sgt. Richard Collins

What part of "don't tell" didn't you understand sissy?

Seriously though, is this guy's name Dick Collins? No wonder he turned out like a fruitcake.

This is the latest Obama ploy to circumvent the legislature. He simply gets someone to file suit, has his “justice department” fail to defend, and then reaches a “settlement” which writes new law.

Then congress would have to pass a law to STOP payment, except the senate won’t bring it up, and Obama would veto it.

So here we have Obama paying off every gay person who was ever found out in the military. No authorization from congress needed — remember, they haven’t even formally repealed the program, Obama simply stopped enforcing it.

Where does the money come from? Well, since there is no appropriation, I presume it is just made out of thin air. Or they’ll cut some legitimately authorized program Obama doesn’t like.

Sure, once we start minting those trillion dollar coins, we can easily pay this out.

Discharged under perfectly legitimate policy at the time, but now that the policy has been arbitrarily reversed, that makes these homosexuals somehow worth back pay? I don’t get it.

It’s nice to know the Pentagon is conducting “settlements” now WITH OUR MONEY!!! Obviously, the Pentagon’s budget is too big. They’ve got money to give away.

Bailing out the gay people now.

Makes sense to give them full back pay. A jihadist who killed over a dozen unarmed men, women, and children is still drawing his salary.

In a landmark settlement, the Pentagon has agreed to give full back pay to U.S. service members who were discharged due to their sexual orientation under the military's “Don’t ask, don’t tell” policy.

Sexual 'orientation', a subjective feeling -a leftist construct with no scientific basis in fact, was never illegal under the UCMJ. Homosexual sex was always illegal and those who chose to engage in such an intrinsically disordered activity were rightly removed from the military then as they will again in the future when sanity once again prevails in the Republic.

I am sure this would not include those that deliberately outed themselves or became gay to get out of the service, right?
