1. They don’t need an excuse. They have no respect for the Constitution, the law, or the safety of the average American that wants to defend themselves.

2. They will do it because they want absolute control and a citizenry that can be subjugated and not feared.

3. More people are killed each year in the US with knives and hammers than guns. Stop being deluded into thinking that all Americans must lose their right to protection because a small number of criminals misbehave. You are being fooled.

4. No criminal is EVER going to respect ANY gun law. Gun laws are only designed to control law abiding people.

1. They absolutely would love for extremists on the right to start shooting. They would rally around such an event in order to strip us of even more rights just as they rally around Sandy Hook to encroach on our gun rights.
2. And some on the right are determined to give them the justification to do just that.
