The murder-enablers in Big Media will describe the peaceable gun owner as a dangerous extremist, barricaded in his compound, holding his children hostage. It will end in fire and death. After the tyrants have killed him, his wife, his children, and his chihuahua, they WILL find a bag of meth in his refrigerator and lots of the grossest child pornography on his computer.

The Oboma administration keeps the nation in a constant state of crises (never waste a good crises). The more chaos he can create, the faster he can push himself as the savior and "fix it"(his way).
People are on edge because of this. Preppers sense something is wrong, and they're trying to protect themselves from it. Oboma is creating a nation of mad zombies, and he's doing it on purpose.
