Most of that stuff is non-hurricane related pork, but the $207 million for the VA medical center is not. The medical center was heavily damaged by the storm, and has yet to re-open (I believe the plan is to re-open in March at the earliest).
207 million? That should build a new hospital, a very nice new hospital.
