The Crime rate started falling right after the 3 strikes law was passed.
Every once in a while California does something very smart.
Of course the Liberals are always trying to find ways to repeal this law. They know it works.
There aren't a lot of murders or violent crimes around my area, western Wisconsin, but it's amazing how many of the violent crimes are committed by people with rap sheets as long as your arm. And somehow, despite committing numerous violent crimes, they keep getting let out until they finally kill somebody and get thrown in the slammer for good. My idea would be to give these losers one or two chances and then drop them off in middle of the antarctic. Or over the ocean...sharks gotta eat.
