1. How many times do people have to be reminded, only center mass is appropriate. You don't shoot to piss of a violent druggy or lunatic. You put him down.
2. Not only was the owner poorly trained, but the dog was. I don't want to belabor the obvious, but a rottweiler should be able to fight off a naked man. There are things to be bitten.

It’s a bit puzzling who was the owner of the dog, in the video identified(?) as an older Hispanic man; or the young black man walking the dog with the “Aero Gives” t-shirt. Which one was the homeowner show shot the lunatic?

“Aero Gives”, is a public relations service program for its employees run by Aéropostale, Inc., an international clothing store.

In either case, I wonder if they left that imposing wrought iron gate open? If not, the perp must be a Spider-Man type to get over it.
