Renee Garraway, the Assistant Principal in this Montgomery County, Maryland school, sent a letter home with the 6-year-old. Her letter, addressing the child’s parents, stated in part that “your son … was involved in a serious incident. [He] threatened to shoot a student.

The parent need to sue the school system and this principal immediately for defamation of character, a violation of the child's 1st amendment rights, false accusation, and causing mental anguish. I'd open the suit at $20 million. The only way to stop these fascists is to hit them financially. They seem to be slow learners, so it will likely take quite a few such suites.
