How did this happen? Papa John’s wins their injunction and Hobby Lobby loses. Is it because what used to be known as The Supreme Court of The United States is now (via “Justice” Sotomayer) the new Obamacare Death Panel and decisions are abitrary?

I *think* (emphasis added) that the difference is that Dominoes owner filed as an individual while Hobby Lobby filed suit as a corporation.

That has been my admittedly limited understanding of the distinction, but I could be misstating the facts. Anybody with better knowlege, I'd like to know as well.....
