Biological warfare is difficult to do, because microbes are essentially uncontrollable once unleashed. So, either they are also developing vaccines to these bugs, or they just plan to release them anyway.
Bear in mind we are talking militant islamists here. They may just simply not care if 90% of their population is wiped out, just so long as 90% of ours is as well. Inshallah.
