To be clear: Commissioning document from CINC grants a commission but the oath is to the Constitution.

Therefore, the serviceman serves the Constitution not the commissioner (president).

Those that serve or have served, and many others, understand this, it is clear you do not.

Enough people explained the facts to you, yet you refuse to listen and learn.

You now have a choice: You admit you were wrong and move on, or act like a juvenile and, in the face of overwhelming facts, demonstrate your unrelenting idiocy and insist everyone else is wrong but you.

Basically, you said your piece and everyone else said theirs and you can let thinking people decide who they support, or you can insist on acting as a juvenile whiner and stomp your rhetorical flat foot and insist on the last word and thump away a response.

I’m betting the juvenile part of you is in control.

Your choice.

What is Command Authority?

Command authority is the authority leaders have over soldiers by virtue of rank or assignment. Command authority originates with the President and may be supplemented by law or regulation.
