You've seen what Boehner’s done, how he's screwed us over, time after time, and yet you mock us (me) for doubting him and the other GOPe's?
Sorry, but Boehner (and Cantor, and McCarthy) know exactly what's going on here. And you have the balls to to insult me. Pfft.

Agree 100%. I remember back after the 2010 election how excited everyone got about the GOP taking control of the House. Since that time, Boehner has passed two continuing resolutions locking us into 2009 spending levels (with obligatory spending increases included). Add to that the start-up funding for ObamaCare. Did the GOP House do anything to stop that? Absolutely not.
And then fast forward to August 2011. This was the one time to showcase for the world that Obama's policies were bankrupting this nation. But what does Boehner do? He pushes the largest debt ceiling increase in the history of this country and gets NOTHING in return. Nothing. And what does Obama get with his freshly-printed $2.5 trillion? He gets to buy the 2012 election with it.
I hate to say this, but we were actually better off with Pelosi as Speaker. At least with her, top tax rates remained the same. With Boehner, they will go up.
