I think that the recordskeeping in Obamacare will flag anyone on mood drugs (Prozac, Paxil, Ambien...) on the NICS system so that these people can’t purchase a firearm.
With better recordkeeping, they can do it by family, dwelling, or neighborhood.
That’s exactly what they will do. And anyone that even makes any right wing crazy comments to healthcare workers, maybe doing something like choosing life over a recomended termination.
