So, 2.2 cents per kilowatt hour is enough to keep 37000 people employed? The industry is NEARING self-sufficiency? How long is it going to take?

Interesting.

It seems that all of these little creatures with nice little piece of government spending are having to come out from under their rocks and have the light of day shined on them.

ANOTHER BENEFIT of the so-called fiscal cliff.
