What I found odd was how the article focused on her being the “first Black Administrator” as if somehow that was a qualification beyond her engineering degree.

You can look all over Obamas administration and see where Blacks are overrepresented (as a % of the population) and in others areas, no Blacks are to be found — you have to ask yourself...why is that?

The recent appointment of Tom Scott of SC is another case in point - why did he get the cold shoulder? I mean, if character really matters.
