He was older than me. Things and perspectives were different back then. Until about ‘68, we didn’t even imagine some of the problems that caused some of today’s greater problems and tomorrow’s likely disasters (unthinkable for many).
"The General" thought the NRA was too radical, inflexible and fringe. There are those here on FR that believe the NRA isn't radical enough. I'm just attempting to make a point about so-called conservative 2nd Amendment defenders and supporters. None of them are or were perfect, not even the good General Schwarzkopf.
