I believe I read today somewhere that Gregory was aware he was breaking the law by having that magazine but went ahead anyway, if that’s the case I agree.
I read today that they dug up someone who supposedly gave permission- but they were originally told no by the first person they called or something like that. Sounds like someone is calling in favors.
