Well, maybe a mandatory buy back would be in order. Plus limiting the amount of gas that can be loaded to no more than 10 gallons. I mean who “needs” more than 10 gallons? Hunters don’t. Only the police and military (and politicians) should be allowed to posses more than 10 gallons of gas. Where is peers moron now?
