Patches Kennedy. Crashed into a barracde or something. Blamed it all on the prescription drug Ambien. Double standard. I know that .11 is above the legal limit, but its not exactly falling down drunk. Hell, I think that this was Ted Kennedy's average bac.

That was Patrick Kennedy. He crashed into a Jersey wall in DC at 2 AM, and told police that he was on his way to the Capitol for an important vote. He was not charged, no blood test, and was driven home by the police. At least there wasn’t a dead blonde in his car. Also, remember the reporter who ambushed George Bush about a 25 year old DUI 4 days before the election?
