National Public Radio was quite good at historical re-enactment on Thursday night's All Things Considered. The Nina Totenberg obituary on Reagan's defeated Supreme Court nominee Robert Bork carried almost all the original liberal invective. She included then-Washington Post TV critic Tom Shales, who wrote "He looked and talked like a man who would throw the book at you, and maybe the whole country."

Truly evil people hate good people for no “reason.”
Of course, there is a reason.
Nina is a fanatical devotee of killing babies. And she’s a down-the-line Leftist. The only way an evil person like Nina can live with herself is to battle constantly against the dawning of even a whiff of the truth. She must utterly silence the voice of whatever smidgen of unperverted intellect may still be lurking in her brain pan. Thus, she must smear a great, good man like Robert Bork even as he lies in his fresh grave.
Tom Shales was a leftist, bitter young smear writer at the Washington Post. He got one of his starts as a writer for the Eagle newspaper at American Un. when I was there. My columns on Vietnam got censored and bounced from the paper. His leftist crap kept getting published.
The Wash. Post did have one leftist writer (speciality regarding book reviews) who actually was well educated, non-polemical and made logical statements in support of his opinions, unlike Shales who was a mini-Ebert movie/show reviewer and faux-intellectual.
That Totenberg, one of the worst leftist moderators in modern radio history, would quote Shales shows that “birds of a feather, flock together.”
In the case, they are a flock of vultures, carrion eaters whose only other contribution to the world is to crap on it.
You just can’t get rid of these old lefties. And it really hurts that I’ve been paying her salary for 30 years. I can’t stand the smarmy NPR.
Old Lefties won’t live forever
Old Lefties won’t live forever
Old Lefties wont live forever

It just seems that way.....
Like a dog is 7 yrs to one as it goes to a human,
A human lives 3 years for every 1 for a LIB, therefore, if a Lib is 30 it seems like he is 90, so if he lives to be 70 it feels like WE have been listening to his/her garbarge for 210 years.
Like the guy in an accident says how am I doing Doc, am I going to die?
YES.
Just not as a result of this accident, but yes, you are going to die eventually.
