BEAVER FALLS (KDKA) Two teens wanted in connections with a fatal shooting in Beaver County earlier this month have been arrested.
According to police, Todavia Cleckley and Marcus Velasquez, both 14, were arrested Tuesday night by the United States Marshals Fugitive Task Force.
The teens were wanted in connection with the shooting death of 22-year-old Kayla Peterson outside of her Beaver Falls home.
Beaver Countys District Attorney tells KDKA that Facebook photos posted by two suspects after the homicide are also now part of the criminal investigation.
D.A. Anthony Berosh said photos surfaced on Facebook after the killing. The pictures show the boys holding guns.
According to police, Peterson was shot because she refused to give the teens cigarettes.
It makes you feel better to be able to go outside and not worry about one of them running up or them causing anybody else problems, William Bailey said.
Bailey, Petersons fiancée, was happy that the suspects were finally in custody.
I think Kaylas up in heaven shining a just little bit more because they were caught, Bailey said.
Beaver Falls Police announced late Tuesday night that the suspects had been captured in Beaver Falls.
These arrests came after the earlier arrest of 13-year-old Kyle Goosby Jr., who was also wanted in the shooting.
They were all there. They all knew what was going down, and I hope they all get what they deserve, Bailey said.
Bailey also wants others held accountable who may have harbored the fugitive teens while they were on the run.
At 14-years-old, you cant go get a hotel. You cant go get your own apartment. You have to have some kind of help, Bailey said.
Bailey said hell tell their little girl Aaliyah not to be scared anymore and prepare himself for whats next.
Cleckley and Goosby are being charged with criminal conspiracy to commit homicide and are being held in a juvenile facility. Cleckley will face counts as a juvenile.
Velasquez is believed to have pulled the trigger and is facing homicide and aggravated assault charges. He is currently being held in the Beaver County Jail.

Imagine if we had Facebook, etc in ‘69. The Manson family could have been caught a lot sooner (and Charlie would have been making vids of his singing, etc., for YouTube...)
Amish, no doubt.
This is the town my grandmother emigrated to from East Prussia, where she met my grandfather and married him, and where my father was born.
I’m glad they caught the pieces of trash who did this. Too bad they won’t be going to prison, due to their ages.
Thanks for the follow up. BTTT.
This is what happens when you break up families, expel God from society, and don’t let parents immediately beat their chilidren’s asses when they start acting up.
Good chance these animals have no father in the picture. The decay of the family is a symptom of our failing culture.

At 21 they will be free, unless juvi law has changed.
Is this the Beaver Falls that Joe Namath, the football player, originated in?

And remember, the law does not allow 14 year olds to own guns /sarcasm
So much for anti-gun laws.
"If I had sons. . . ."
One article l read said they will be tried as adults....it may help keep these little bastards in prison a while longer....
It’s the same Beaver Falls that Joe Namath was from.
Little junior thugs, but you’re not supposed to own a gun. American society has gone nuts.
They should all be executed.
