Well, that’s part of what makes me ask. Some time ago the anti-gun zealots were advertising that every year xxxxx number of children died from guns. The when you looked closed you found that “children” were defined as anyone under the age of 30. It also included gang wars, drug wars, shootouts with police, murders accidents, suicides etc. The actual number of children killed accidentally was some 7 or 8% of the advertised number. Like the Super Bowl wife-beating lie, gross exaggerations.
I wonder how accurate that billboard “outside” Fenway Park is?
