Drunks look at churches as easy marks to enable their habit.
I know because I knew quite a few of them in a previous life. Offer to get them a meal or something other than cash for booze and you'll get an unprintable reply.
I'll give you good odds that this guy was one of the 24.69% of Utah voters for Obama. I think BO cracked at least 25% in all the other 49 states.
