Our electoral process has become so perverted and corrupted, the idea of a remotely honest election at the presidential level is a thing of the past. The best alternative at this point is to concentrate on keeping state governorships and legislatures out of the democrats' tentacles as much as possible. That'll at least help somewhat slow down the decline.

George Washington must be turning over in his grave as he thinks about one of the nicknames my state has. It is called the “Old Line State” because Washington praised the Maryland militia as a valiant line of defense.
