How about a discussion that gun free victim zones get people killed? How about a discussion of the merits of training and certifying teachers and other staff to provide an armed response to an active shooter? How about a discussion of all the benefits of an armed, polite society? etc. etc. How about an active offense by the GOP rather than a whimpering defense that will concede new restrictions at the very beginning?

Hupp was in the Kileen Texas restaurant when a killer opened fire and killed 23 people including both of her parents. Hupp was a conceal carry holder who obeyed the law and left her gun in the car. The Gunman didn't seem too concerned about the anti gun policy of the restaurant.
