That book will have to be a must read for me. I worked on the West Valley Nuclear Services project, which used the same proven technology for fissile fraction stabilization and vitrification as the French and German nuclear power industry. This was part of the clean up of the old Nuclear Fuels Services facility that was shut down by the Jimmy Carter executive order.
