Yeah, Romney sure did excite the base, huh? What was the conservative turnout again? Really ‘high’, right?
Both times BHO won the Establishment repubs foisted a moderate on us.
Second point: we can’t out-buy votes to form a leftist-lite coalition that wins. [What most ‘minority’ amnesty repubs keep calling for.] And it won’t be long before NO ONE can afford to buy leftist votes.
Fewer whites voted in 2012 than voted in 2008. If Romney would have had another 2 percent of the white vote Obama would have lost. Yet Romney had a winning issue that would have elected him in a landslide if he had had the courage to use it.
The issue is rampant, racially-motivated violence by blacks against white Americans, and Eric “my peoples” Holder’s public statements that white Americans are not protected from racist violence by Federal Hate Crime laws.
Romney could have hammered this racist double standard against whites with the well established “Equal Justice Under Law” credo of American justice. And there are dozens of timely, horrific, examples of black on white racist violence that he could have used in his political adds.
But the man like all Republican politicians is a coward. They ALL grovel before the race card. I thought Newt may have figured it out when his refusal to grovel before the black reporter in the South Carolina primary debate won him a standing ovation and the primary but he immediately dropped this issue like a hot potato and faded from view. Even Ron Paul cowered before the Race Card.
We now have Hollywood’s Jamie Foxx gleefully boasting about killing white people on Saturday Night Live and the audience cheers. Yet no Republican politician politician, to my knowlege, has made even the slightest protest against Foxx’s gloating race hatred, a race hatred that is manifested in thousands of black on white assaults, rapes and murders every year.
Eric Holder is right about one thing, although it a way opposite from what he meant. We are a “Nation of Cowards” on the race issue.
