Think about it. She’s dead.
Think about the dozens of toddlers who got daddy’s gun. They die and he lives free.
No one is asking that we punish the dead. That is silly.

This wasn’t a daddy’s gun thing. Everything I’ve read is the weapons belonged to the mother, were legal and registered in her name. Also that she was an avid shooter, etc.
So again how are you going to hold the owner accountable now that she is dead?
