Boy I don't know.... He has been in and out of the company he started so many times I don't know what is current status is and if he owns any stock. However the Domino's Farm Complex still stands and my guess is he owns part of it and or is an employer ergo he has a reason to sue. As a side note, they used to host a marvelous Christmas Open House event with Trees, Santa, a Mini-Train, Pizza and yes Jesus. One night while parking our car, (It was a zoo it was so busy), I noticed a volunteer, tall, big glasses, middle aged, working with a Downs Syndrome Teenager helping him park cars. Our eyes met and I did a double take and I think he knew I knew, I swear to this day it was Monaghan. I asked someone I knew close to the Domino's Culture and said yes, that probably was Tom and that he would do something like this unannounced, no accolades...
