They had it backwards. The YOUNGER 20 year old, Adam Lanza, was the shooter. The older 24 year old, Ryan Lanza, is in custody

You don’t understand. It is almost impossible to institutionalize someone who is violent. Even with a doctors recommendation. Liberals got courts and social workers involved. Then they emptied most mental hospitals in the late 70’s early 80’s. Thank Jimmuh Cahtah.
