Sexuality is personal, but it is not fluid. In fact, the use of the words "sexuality" and "fluid" in the same sentence are unfortunately providing me with a mental image that is interfering with my breakfast.

If it is fluid and changing then there can be no designation for discrimination. It is not an immutable trait.

Just like society frowns on canibalism or animal/human sex, so too does society have the ability to say there are boundaries for recreational conduct.
