One of the tenets of the leftist/humanist worldview is that all people are “basically good” and will act accordingly if only the proper environment is implemented by the elite.
So, therefore, if you don’t treat them like criminals, their inherent “goodness” will manifest and they will be no threat.
And parents that dumb sends equally dumb kids out into the urban jungle every day.
