Yup.
I went today and ordered flowers for Christmas...I asked the owner of the shop how she preferred payment, credit card, check or cash. She said cash..."I'm not going to claim this one."
I know a number of business owners with that attitude. (I'm all for starving the beast but, they need to be more careful.)
