The attrition of full time workers while being replaced by part timers is the only solution. BofA taught us that decades ago.

I'm going to be more famous than all of them. I'm going to invent "part-time consultants" who pay the employer for a desk, a roof, carpets, central air, a chance to show off, and somewhere to go in the morning.
I'll call the enterprise "Mulchwell Human Engineering" and I'll list it on the NASDAQ and co-locate with my other enterprise, "Brasswell Lump Sum Recycling". I'll be rich and famous.
