US and Mexican statistics... why would they lie? I would believe the testimony of a few border agent, but not the some shadowy statistics. Why don’t they post a website for the border cams so we can see for ourselves? That would be very.. what’s the word.. transparent.

Well, I can only speak for myself, but I teach in inner-city Los Angeles and it does indeed look like the Hispanic population is receding. In 2004, our schools were on year-round shift schedules because we had so many kids (95% Latino) that we couldn’t accommodate them all. Then the numbers started dropping. We were able to go to traditional school schedule. Then we started seeing newly opened schools close again. It became really noticeable around 2009.
Also, wage hikes in China mean that the cost of labor in Mexico is now just slightly higher than China and there is a much lower transportation cost, so many factories from China are relocating there.
It seems very likely for Mexican immigration to stop
