I agree to a great extent, and it is traceable back to the sky high black illegitimacy rate, since children with two parents can be brought up in a “success” mode; but children of single parents are generally in a “survival” mode. This explains why the latter group (race indifferent) are 60% more likely to be criminal offenders.
But overlaid on *that* is aggression training, which makes a bad situation much worse.
