The cool thing about the Tappan Zee Bridge is that on a clear day you can see the Manhattan skyline in the distance.

On 9/11 ,The Tappen Zee was one of the few ways out of NY. My husband drove across it and saw the smoke where the Towers had stood. He’ll never forget that sight.
