recall also that Nancy Pelosi changed the wording of the certification document to avoid saying he met the constitutional qualification for office
these are not stupid people... they know enough at least to try to cover as many of their tracks as they can

If ever we are lucky enough to be able to prosecute obama, we will prosecute him as a US citizen since he claims to be born in Hawaii - if he then claims he is not a US citizen because he was born in Kenya, then we will prosecute him on his fraud and perjury.
His ‘oath’ is not worth a penny since he is constitutionally ineligible.
