What principle are you standing on if you let taxes go up across the board, and let defense take half of al the cuts. That sounds exactly like a Democrat’s principle. By going off the cliff the GOP would be enacting the democrats agenda, and will take the blame for any economic damage. Total disaster.
No class warfare. If the Democrats want to raise taxes, they can do it without our votes. Like I said, we’re in for a PR whupping either way.
