In Houston the lesbian mayor imposed a “rape kit tax” to go to a near-topless bar (the women can’t even show nipples anymore but during the city’s gay pride parade, ANYTHING GOES).
Sounds a little rediculous. Isn’t there an entrance fee to enter a strip club anyways?
