She had to have been borderline suicidal before the hoax. Are we even sure the suicide was related to the hoax? There’s no way a prank call from a DJ sends a someone from “normal” to “suicidal” in two days.

you can’t blame the victim.

The DJ’s are 100% liable. There is forseeablity to some form of damages. If she dropped dead on the spot when she was told it was a prank it would be no different liablity.

The law is clear in england, canada, usa, and even austrailia.
