Conservative Congressman Tim Huelskamp, one of three freshmen representatives ousted from top committee posts this week, slammed the House Republican leadership Thursday, and said that the purge was "a warning" to other members not to go against the party leaders on a fiscal cliff deal.
"I think that was clearly a warning from leadership that 'We're watching your votes, and if you don't vote the way we like it, you might be punished like these three people,'" Huelskamp told Business Insider.

I’d like to see 16 of these guys vote agains’t Boehner for the speakership. Then they won’t have to worry about him anymore.
Yeah, funny that he never watched the moderate to liberal republicans votes so closely. Going off the reservation for those people was just fine. No comeuppance for them.
For liberalism’s advance must not be halted or reversed so only conservative votes must be watched and monitored.
It would really be funny if Boner finds himself purged.

Bonehead, on behalf of the DC Big Government Party will be the only winner in this coming Grandest of all Bargains. Conservatives will once
again be forced to vote for Tax increases by Bonehead and Cantor.
The districts who sent them to DC to stand firm will not be happy and
many of these conservatives will not be re-elected.
So the the DC big government crowd wins and the foolish conservatives
who carry the hopes and dreams of millions of us will fold under pressure,
doing the conservative cause great harm. I am sure Bonehead and the DC
Party will soon be breaking out the cigars and bongo drums.
The reason our government doesn’t work is because the Congressional committee system sets up little dictators who coerce other Congressmen to represent them instead of their constituents. There has to be a better system.

Given the outcome of the recent election, that might prove dangerous. 48% of those you hit could be Obama supporters.
Better odds than 53% voting FOR him.
We need to let Bonehead know that we are watching him and his RINO surrender monkeys too. And if they don’t vote conservative or to protect our interests then he will be handed his pink slip too.

Anyone who supports republicans I treat and think of no differently than a democrat now. The GOP/RNC, republican party have made their bed, now their going to have to sleep in it, ALONE!

Where is the vaunted Tea Party caucus? Are they throwing these four members under the bus in order to curry favour with the GOP leadership?
I'm afraid it's much more serious than that. Our Republic no longer functions because we (collectively) are no longer a virtuous and morally upright people. The problem is spiritual in nature, and unless we get right with God, no recovery is possible.

Call your Republican congressperson, and tell him/her to vote AGAINST Boehner this January. If he is not replaced with a conservative, who is not afraid to fight, I don’t think our country has a chance, during Obama’s term.
