If I read through the typos correctly, I assume this person is worried about road rage. Sure, that could happen. But even without a firearm that potentially unstable person has a couple tons of steel and a couple hundred horsepower at their disposal. In Colorado you can have loaded firearms in your vehicle including rounds in the chamber - except long guns. (rifles & shotguns) They can be loaded, but nothing in the chamber. That actual goes back to hunting laws.
