Show me in the US or state constitution where driving is a right. It is a privilege you uneducated interloper. Just as education is not an explicit right, but the government is trying to make it a “forced right” under their terms so they can indoctrinate.
There's a persistent Right to Travel movement in the U.S. that (IMO) confuses the Constitutional right to travel with a purported right to drive on public roads without a license. Part of the argument involves the many state court decisions that there is a right to use 'public highways', although those cases frequently provide that the manner in which public highways are used may be regulated.
The Right to Travel movement argues that 'regulation' applies only to stop signs, speed limits, and the like, and not to permits, licenses, or any form of government permission to use public highways.
