Cantor strikes me as a POS.
They apparently had high hopes that the electorate would NOT become characterized by a bunch of complacent, willfully-ignorant BOOBS who couldn't care less about matters of national security.
There's no doubt in my mind that the current state of our collective stupidity was absolutely unimaginable in 1789.
Personally, I still rail against term limits. But, it seems my aversion is a bit less with each passing year.
There are those of us here who warned against surrender to these people from the beginning. Conservatives are no longer welcome in the Republican Party except for their votes, which are now expected as a matter of rote.
As long as we have people who willing to ‘vote for the R’, the ‘R’ will continue to pull this crap. It’s time to go.
